For whom

Sound familiar?

  • My job is redundant. What do I want to do now, and how?
  • I still have ambition, but feel like I have hit a wall in my current job. What can I do about this?
  • I have always enjoyed working, but now I hate going to the office, and don’t understand why. How can I come to grips with myself?
  • I cannot get along with my superior.
  • No matter what I do, it is never appreciated.
  • I drag myself to work every morning, why am I so tired?
  • I often feel insecure and wonder whether I am doing a good job.
  • Ever since the awful incident, I stress easily and it is as though I am right back in the miserable situation.
  • I am having difficulty getting back on the ball since my mother died.
  • I am afraid of making mistakes and sometimes get lost in details.
  • I find it difficult to set boundaries and ask for help.
  • My children are leaving the nest; what is next?
  • I often get angry and later regret my behaviour.

How can I help you?

I can serve as someone to talk to about the many desirable and undesirable events that are part of everyone’s life, and which can create stress and tension. I can guide your process regarding personal development and making life and professional decisions. Through my skill and experience with private clients and employers I can lend support with reintegration after a period of absenteeism. I advise employers in the area of the sustainable availability and vitality of their employees. I supervise people individually and in groups.

Businesses regularly engage me to mediate the (impending) loss of personnel through stress or collaboration related issues. I also facilitate three-way conversations, for instance between management and staff.

I counsel people with personal growth and development tracks. Thus, I interact with people facing obstacles and assume a coaching role to make the most of their potential for growth.

In addition, I give trainings and workshops, for instance in the area of communication, stress management and prevention, and coping with change.
